Format

Our selected wines are served in 100ml bottles, with a technology that allows the organoleptic properties of the wine to be kept unaltered

Time

The tasting lasts an hour, little theory and lots of practice.

Selection

You will have the opportunity to taste some of the most famous Italian wines such as Chianti and Vermentino from cellars carefully selected by our winemaker.

Simplicity

The best wine is the one you like best. During our approach to wine you will discover with just a few tips how to recognize wine.

Our store is located in FLorence in front of the Ponte Vecchio, in the center of Florence, with an exceptional view of one of the most unique places in the world.

It's funny

You will sit around a table, meet new friends with whom you can compare yourself and challenge yourself to recognize the aromas and flavors of wine.

Test your senses

During the tasting we will provide you with 3 brochures to measure your senses:

Sight, you will thus be able to identify the correct color of the wine to discover intensity, variety and age.
Taste, there are only 5 tastes: bitter, sour, umami, salty, sweet; the others are aromas.
Smell, Concentrate on the aromas that reach your nose and let yourself be guided starting from the center and recognizing the macro category (eg. spicy,
fruity), then try moving outwards and going down into the particular…

I had a fabulous experience at the first glass wine tasting. The wine's themself were absolutely delicious and had won awards in Italy for being some of the best in the country. I spent over an hour enjoying my time and had lovely guidance from Juan Carlos. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Florence or Tuscany.

Highly recommend this bar if you're interested in trying different Italian wines as part of a unique tasting experience with excellent service. I sat here for a few hours watching the world go by while I enjoyed a few different glasses. A great way to learn more about the flavour profiles of wine if you have a keen interest.

I was walking around in Firenze, I found this store atmosphere is so nice and the staff is so friendly and kind.he taught me any wine. I tasted one white wine and rose wine. This was a great experience for those traveling to Florence and wanting to try Italian wine. Traveling to a different country where you don’t speak the language can be intimidating but Diamond made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We did the “All Around Italy” wine tasting that consisted of 2 different wines per person, snacks and a fun interactive lesson on how to use our senses to distinguish/categorize wines. It is definitely knowledge we can use in the future. Fun experience even on a rainy day 🤗

This was such a fun and different experience! We randomly stumbled onto this start up location looking for a place to only catch a drink. We tried the wine tasting experience. We received an interactive booklet explaining the steps of wine tasting along with our server guiding us through the steps. Through the experiences you have to determine the color, smell, and taste. There was also a great DJ that night.

We just happened upon this store. It's perfect. Lovely atmosphere great staff and a very cool way to package wine. We purchased a bottle of seven. Great value for what you are getting.

Loved this place we came back twice! The owner is super friendly and very good at recommending wine. You get snacks while you enjoy your wine. The bottles are only 100mL (airport friendly) and a normal glass of wine is 150mL so we felt a little jipped on the price that’s why only 4 stars. Great location though.

Wow!!!!!!!! Happened to stumble across this place & glad we did. Exceptional customer service from all members of staff. Very reasonably priced. Free nibbles. Hidden toilet was really cool. Great location. Could've stayed there all day. Will definitely visit again next time we're in Florence.

Had a great time enjoying the wine, the atmosphere, and the different concept! Alessandro was a great host and was on top of answering any and all of our questions. Glad we came by to enjoy multiple wines on our short trip to Florence.
