Discover Terra Greta: the soul of the \u201cTerra Bianca\u201d vineyard <\/h2>\n

Among the wines of Tenuta Montiani<\/strong>, Terra Greta<\/strong> stands out \u2014 born from the historic Terra Bianca<\/strong> vineyard, planted in the 1970s on galestro soils<\/strong> facing southeast and surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.<\/p>\n

The harvest<\/strong> is carried out by hand, with a careful selection of the finest bunches. The grapes reach the vat by gravity<\/strong>, after a gentle destemming that preserves the integrity of the fruit. Alcoholic fermentation<\/strong> occurs spontaneously<\/strong>, with no added yeasts, and lasts about 20\u201325 days<\/strong>, accompanied by manual pump-overs, punch-downs, and d\u00e9lestages<\/strong> performed with meticulous care.<\/p>\n

After racking<\/strong>, the wine rests on the fine lees<\/strong> for one or two months, then moves from steel to wood, where it completes malolactic fermentation<\/strong> and continues its long aging for 18\u201324 months<\/strong>. Only when nature provides grapes of outstanding quality is Terra Greta<\/strong> produced \u2014 a certified organic wine<\/strong>, born from Sangiovese and Canaiolo<\/strong>, embodying the strength and character of the hills of Greve in Chianti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once bottled, it rests for at least six months<\/strong>, reaching the glass with its soul intact: elegant, genuine, and deeply connected to its land<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
